Duxie Terms of Service

Duxie is operated by ALN Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 19 613 109 916), an Australian company (“Duxie”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Duxie, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Duxie provides AI-assisted study planning, flashcard review, and tutoring services for students. By using Duxie you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Student data

Duxie collects study activity data to personalise learning. This data is used solely to improve your child’s study outcomes and is never sold to third parties. How we handle personal information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI tutoring

Duxie’s AI tutor is designed to support learning. It does not replace professional educational or psychological advice.

5. Content

You are responsible for any content uploaded to Duxie. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner harmful to other users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
